Diane has worked in the field of career transition since 1991.  She has been a key part of our team since the original firm, Mastel Associates was founded in 2002.

With over 20 years in the career transition field Diane enjoys “Seeing the good things that come out of career transition, and knowing that something better is waiting for you.”

She has earned a reputation for providing top quality office management and program coordination. Committed to delivering excellent client service, Diane displays tact, empathy and confidentiality in dealing with internal and external clients.

As our Office Manager, Diane keeps us running smoothly and when she’s not working she’s an avid crafter and enjoys spending time with family.
