One Month Program
We believe that outplacement should be accessible to everyone in your organization who will go through a career transition. Gilker McRae’s Quick Start one-month program will provide clients with a professional career coach to work with, in person, face-to-face, helping them develop the tools needed to make successful transition to that next job. This includes a professional resume, coaching, job search strategy, interview practice – all geared to help clients develop a unique and eye-catching professional brand. Additional support includes participating in our boutique workshops, and access to iCareerManager™, an online assessment and job search management tool – making sure all clients have a personalized, successful, and expedient career transition experience.
Two Month Program
Gilker McRae’s Engage is a two-month program that provides clients with all the benefits of Quick Start, with the comfort of knowing that an additional month of time is provided. Clients can use this extra time to fine tune networking and interview skills, or simply provide more time with a coach. Engage allows clients and the coach more time to explore career options, work on iCareerManager™, and build that job search strategy.
Three Month Program
The best outplacement results stem from a blend of high touch services and personalized delivery. Gilker McRae’s three-month Focused program combines the best of professional coaching, resume development, interview skills preparation, creation of a social media and marketing plan, and other tools and strategies that the client will need. We will help the client build a comprehensive job search strategy and the career transition tools to ensure they discover and connect with their next best roles.
Six Month Program
Gilker McRae understands that executives and long-serving employees require a high level of service and attention to best meet their career objectives. Our six-month Hallmark program combines executive level consultants and proven transition methodology to provide a seamless, valuable, and effective career transition. Hallmark clients will benefit from working with an executive coach, as well as the service of an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who will conduct various indepth psychometric testing and career assessments to help the client realize where their talents may fit, and showing them where some development areas are – all geared to inspire and motivate.
